Lids Sports Group in Hoover, AL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member, you will supervise staff, schedule shifts, train associates, uphold brand standards, manage cash and inventory, and partner with the Store Manager to create a fun, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up when Store Manager is not present.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Encourage adherence to company policies and brand standards, including inventory, funds, and property.
• Open and close the store following Operations P&P Manual.
