Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing promotions, and ensuring accurate customer data. The position emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and a strong customer-centric approach. Stand or walk up to eight hours daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer Centric.

Responsibilities

• Develop an exceptional familiarity of the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Lead the store team to deliver the same level of service.
• Demonstrate a high level of service and engagement and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Ensure customer profile information is accurately recorded.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts and transfers quickly and accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness in all areas including stockroom and restrooms.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and adhere to guidelines.
