Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage assets and store operations for efficiency.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts in the store.
• Mentor sales associates and managers in training.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; oversee payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain store security and collaborate with Asset Protection.
• Communicate with District Sales Manager on inventory and policies.
• Lead marketing and advertising plans and monitor customer trends.
