Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience in footwear and athletic apparel.
• Experience in managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals to support company growth.
• Manage and protect store assets and operations.
• Direct and mentor sales staff in strategies and skills.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory, and expenses to drive profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
• Develop a high-performing team of associates and managers.
• Handle recruiting, hiring, training, and payroll planning.
• Maintain store security in partnership with Asset Protection.
• Communicate inventory movements and drive inventory goals.
• Execute marketing and advertising plans and spot customer trends.
• Stay aware of competition and local events to leverage opportunities.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers during peak times.
• Ensure internal controls protect company assets and information.
