Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage store assets and daily operations.
• Direct overall sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor store associates in sales.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory and expenses.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Oversee department responsibilities and standards.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Assistants, and Managers in Training.
• Handle recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Manage payroll and labor schedules to meet goals.
• Maintain store security and partner with Asset Protection.
• Inform District Sales Manager on inventory movements.
• Drive inventory goals and marketing execution.
• Stay aware of customer trends and opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service per policy.
