Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and providing total solutions to every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader duties, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience across store areas.
• Support company initiatives, adapt to changes, and take on additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure availability and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks and delegate operational tasks with the GM partner.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win and deliver results through role playing and feedback.
