Qualifications

• One year of work experience in Retail Management
• One year of customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the sales floor to meet profit and sales goals.
• Leads, mentors, and trains Retail Sales Associates.
• Maintains store standards and customer service levels.
• Oversees inventory and daily reconciliations.
• Coordinates with leadership for staffing and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with Health and Safety policies.
