Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Leader to drive daily store operations, manage payroll and costs, and ensure outstanding donor and customer service. You will train team members, support store leadership, and occasionally travel to other GCNA locations to assist with tours and training.

The role requires at least a year of retail management and customer service experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One-year retail management experience required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and oversee store associates.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to stay within budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalate issues when needed.
• Train and develop store team members and act as a key holder/backup to Store Manager.
• Travel to other GCNA locations as needed for support and training.
