Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and coordinate with suppliers.
• Cross-train employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity.
• Control costs to maintain profitability.
• Keep the store clean and presentable at all times.
• Hire and train staff as needed to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrate proactive in-store planning and self-motivated leadership.
• Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills and strong sales abilities.
• Operate basic business software programs.
