Jockey International is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Chicago, IL location. You will lead the store team, drive sales, manage payroll cost, merchandising, and customer service while upholding Jockey's standards of quality and service.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop associates, collaborate with mall management, and ensure opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and loss prevention. The role offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of proven retail leadership experience.
• Strong selling and customer service skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience attracting and developing top talent.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities
