You will lead a team, mentor associates, manage visual merchandising, and build lasting relationships with clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 1–3 years of retail store management experience.
• 2 years in a client services-related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Develop repeat clients and drive personal sales.
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal apparel fit, fabric, and use.
• Contribute to product and visual merchandising to enhance the in-store experience.
• Support store events and CRM activities to drive repeat business.
• Mentor part-time and seasonal staff to improve performance.
