Qualifications

• Manage store P&L by driving top line revenue and strategically managing expense budgets to meet profitability goals.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives to maximize space and drive sales.
• Manage inventory and shrink goals; conduct bi-annual physical inventory.
• Recruit, train and retain an exceptional team of associates.
