Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience driving sales and developing a team.
• Proficiency in PC use and detailed report analysis.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Meet profitability goals including sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
