Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager in the United States to shape the guest experience and drive high-performance results. You will coach the team, mentor the Assistant General Manager, and run the store like a business—budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics.

You will own the hiring process, develop top talent, and lead the sales team to exceed goals. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment with evenings and weekends often required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team

Responsibilities

• Talent management—Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent for the store.
• Own the hiring process: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Own store numbers: staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and daily metrics.
