Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing retail store in the United States. You will coach and develop a team, exceed sales targets, and run the store like a business with budgeting and forecasting.

You will mentor an Assistant GM, attend leadership calls, and own guest experience with Every Guest, Every Time. You will hire, train, and motivate staff, manage staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention, and actively engage in strategic planning to drive

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store or teams in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong ability to hire, train, and develop staff; keep teams motivated.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: selecting, hiring, developing top talent for the store.
• Own the hiring process: interview, select, bring in the best candidates.
• Build, develop and mentor the sales team and reinforce the sales process.
• Provide ongoing sales training to exceed sales goals and service objectives.
• Own store numbers: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on performance.
• Manage scheduling, labor, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Set and communicate expectations; review metrics daily and adjust.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions and resolve escalations promptly.
• Foster relationships with peers and district leadership.
• Lead change management for new tools and traffic strategies.
• Think strategically to run the store like a business.
• Provide inspirational leadership as a brand advocate.
