Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead a sales team, coach for performance, and drive store results while managing daily operations.

You’ll create outstanding in-store experiences that encourage customers to choose our wireless products and services. You will develop talent, set goals, monitor metrics, and ensure the store delivers on its commitments.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
