Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach and develop sales specialists, manage daily operations, and ensure store performance aligns with brand standards.

You’ll hire, train, and motivate staff, own customer interactions, and oversee merchandising, stock, and store readiness. This role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
