Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Bethel Park to lead daily operations on the sales floor, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This in-store, full-time role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability as part of the Bob’s Way.

You will drive performance, manage showroom standards, and ensure customer satisfaction while guiding staff through strategic leadership and day-to-day execution across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
