Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-volume, omni-channel store. You will coach on the floor, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold The Bob’s Way in daily operations.

This full-time, in-store leadership role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability and a track record of managing performance and showroom standards in retail environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor coaching and motivate the team to deliver on sales and service goals.
• Maintain a visually compelling showroom and ensure customer satisfaction reflecting The Bob’s Way.
• Drive day-to-day operations, staffing, and store readiness with a focus on efficiency and loss prevention.
• Collaborate across functions to support omni-channel initiatives and strategy.
