Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead one of our high-volume stores on the floor, coaching teams, maintaining a vibrant showroom, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with The Bob’s Way.

This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. You will drive performance through strategic leadership and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership or a sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
