Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks an Retail Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor and supervise back-end operations, logistics, and team development. You will support store performance and execute The Bob’s Way in a high-energy environment.

Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is required. The role is full-time and on-site in a showroom, with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Physical Demands: ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk store floors regularly.
