This role involves participating in a structured 8-week leadership development program across multiple store locations. Successful candidates will help manage store operations, focusing on customer service, staff training, and sales maximization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or managerial experience.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Interact and assist customers and associates.
• Provide training for associates as needed.

Skills

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail

Education
