Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team on the retail floor, coach performance, and drive store results with strong customer experiences. You will hire, train, and mentor staff, monitor metrics, manage store operations, and ensure top-tier service while meeting targets and maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership roles in retail.
• 1-2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent and coaching to meet quotas.
• Running store operations: staffing analysis, reporting, cash handling, and compliance.
• Lead on the sales floor: model product knowledge and drive guest experience.
• Track daily metrics and coach in the moment to improve performance.
• Open/close store procedures and coordinate with Facilities/IT for uptime.
