Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fayetteville, NC to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor staff, execute store plans, and ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining a vibrant, inclusive shopping environment.

In this role you will handle scheduling, training, inventory, and cash procedures, contribute to achieving KPIs, and participate in visual merchandising.
