Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Asheville, NC. You will lead daily store operations, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Manage scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while driving sales and loss prevention.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will optimize merchandising, handle inventory, and support store initiatives from HQ.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to supervise and train store staff without constant supervision.

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues, customer concerns, and store coverage.
