Living Spaces is seeking a General Manager to lead the entire retail store team toward excellence in guest experience, employee culture, and financial outcomes. You will oversee daily operations, implement strategic plans, and drive sales growth while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in direct customer environments with 3+ years in management. You will partner with regional and corporate teams to align with store OKRs and lead a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume 3 years of management experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in managing store operations and budget is implied by responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store staffing meets standard work expectations.
• Schedule coverage to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Lead store teams to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Implement Sales Leadership and Operations Standard Work to drive profitability.
• Foster a Guest First culture through feedback and engagement tools.
• Develop business plans for people and processes to close gaps.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and Corporate partners on customer service strategy and brand engagement.
• Execute store strategies and cross-functional concepts to meet OKRs.
• Own P&L decisions and ensure brand presentation per Style Guides.
• Oversee SOPs, retail processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Open/close store and manage building security as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) in business, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field
