Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay in Oakland seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, oversee the sales floor, and drive performance across revenue, production, and customer service. • One‑year work experience in Retail Management.
• One‑year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass a background check and read/write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Works to de‑escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.
• Keeps store locations clean, well‑kept, and aligned with Goodwill branding.
