Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi is seeking a Full Time Retail Store Manager in Toms River, NJ. The role focuses on executing the store operations plan to meet daily, monthly, and yearly goals for profit and customer satisfaction.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, maintain a clean store, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards while coordinating with the Store Manager on inventory and donations. This position requires flexibility and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of retail management experience, preferably thrift.
• One year of customer service or public contact experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets.
• Hire and develop staff; manage performance and attendance.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on product generation and donation sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention.
