Job summary

nomnom Assistant Store Manager in Spokane, WA is a full-time role within Par Pacific’s nomnom brand. You will oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining safety and accurate cash handling.

You will partner with the Store Manager to schedule, train, and motivate the team, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold company standards across shifts in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise employees to deliver superior customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Oversee POS cash handling and daily banking procedures.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, scheduling and reporting.
• Promote a welcoming store environment and resolve customer concerns promptly.
