Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing safety.
• Train and evaluate employees to deliver superior customer service.
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions.
• Back-up to Store Manager; complete HR paperwork and training as needed.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized for fast, friendly service.
• Promote loyalty programs and customer satisfaction.
