Job summary

Par Pacific, operating the nomnom convenience stores, seeks an Assistant Store Manager at the Spokane location. You will support store operations, ensure safe, efficient service, and help lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $18.63–$25.33 with a $3.00 shift differential. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to safety policies across the shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and prioritize safety.
• Train, develop, guide and evaluate employees to operate store safely and provide great service.
• Ring up sales on POS system and handle cash and other payment types accurately.
