Job summary

nomnom Perry & Illinois is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Spokane, WA to lead daily store operations and customer service. The role reports to store leadership and supports training, inventory control, cash handling, and safety compliance.

You will manage staff scheduling, sales goals, and adherence to company procedures while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused environment in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Ability to train, supervise and evaluate employees to deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, guide and evaluate employees to operate the store effectively and safely.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to meet customer demand while staying within budget.
• Ensure store is clean, well-stocked and organized for fast, professional service.
