Job summary

nomnom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Liberty Lake, WA to lead daily operations, ensure safety, supervise staff, and deliver friendly, efficient service.

You will manage cash, inventory, and store presentation, support training, and help drive sales while upholding company policies and store standards. This full-time role offers a pathway to higher roles within Par Pacific’s nomnom retail network across states, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• To meet the basic qualifications you will be at least 19 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately and have prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing safety and keeping pumps, lot, and store clean.
• Train, develop and evaluate staff to deliver superior customer service and operate store safely.
• Assist with employee paperwork and ensure ongoing training for customer service and safety.
• Manage store activities to maximize operating profit and monitor inventory and expenses.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and reporting; maintain store appearance per standards.
