Par Pacific is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our nomnom retail team in Grangeville, ID. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure safe and clean premises, manage cash and inventory, and lead staff to deliver courteous customer service at the pump and in-store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, including assisting customers at the pump and in-store.
• Accurately ring up sales on POS, handle cash and other payment types.
• Develop positive relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage cash, money and inventory during shifts.
• Assign tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and well-organized for fast, professional service.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming store environment and meet customer expectations.
