Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and develop associates to maintain safe, efficient store operations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions during shifts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory levels and loss prevention.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to meet customer demand within budget.
• Support Store Manager in executing promotions and daily reporting.
