Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as store supervisor in Store Manager's absence.
• Support recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide customer service and guidance across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards.
• Communicate inventory movement and trends to Store Manager.
• Maintain quality customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
