Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take store ownership in the Store Manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information and report fraud risks.
