Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.

• Ability to lead a team and assist in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with the Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Maintain inventory awareness and protect company assets through internal controls.
