Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.

• Proficient with basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and profitability for one or more locations.

• Resolve issues with customers and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Schedule staff, recruit and onboard assistants, and ensure policy adherence.
