J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team and drive profitability through genuine customer connections and brand loyalty. You will coach sales staff, support store operations, and help implement strategies with the broader leadership team for smooth operations.

You will contribute to community engagement and ensure top-tier customer service while balancing visual merchandising and HR duties as needed.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Demonstrated passion for the brand, customers, and teams.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy in task execution.
• Ability to adapt to schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
