AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Monroe, NC to partner with the store manager in daily store operations. You will oversee merchandising, product launches, and outreach activities while driving sales objectives.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants and participate in a best-in-class training program to develop leadership capability. The role emphasizes strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering an extraordinary customer experience through

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store, in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
