AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Charlotte, NC to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily operations, merchandising, and promotional activities. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Candidates should have 3+ years in sales/customer roles in telecom or related fields, prior management experience, and strong planning and analytical abilities to drive results.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations with a store manager.
