AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Aberdeen, NC to partner with the store manager and oversee daily operations, merchandising, and events. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service targets while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Requirements include multiple years of sales/customer experience in telecom, prior management experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations with a store manager partner.
• Coach and develop a team of sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Drive outreach initiatives and ensure customers receive superior service.
