Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Manchester, CT to lead store operations alongside the store manager. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales objectives, and ensure top-tier customer experiences through effective merchandising and strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in sales or customer experience in telecom, prior management experience, and strong planning and collaboration skills to optimize store performance and staff

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive store performance.
• Serve as a front-line ambassador for AT&T, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
