AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead in our Bristol, CT location. You will partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations, coach a team of sales consultants, and execute merchandising and product launches to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operation in partnership with the store manager.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales performance.
