AT&T in Boston, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, product launches, and to drive sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, leverage your leadership and telecommunications knowledge, and contribute to a high-performing store environment with comprehensive training and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store with your store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet/exceed sales objectives.
