Job summary

The role requires 1–2 years of retail management, a passion for the brand, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. You’ll help cultivate a customer-centric environment and support community-building initiatives on the sales

Qualifications

• Have 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact profitability with strong brand connections.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
