Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria's Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• The Victoria's Secret Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria's Secret Business.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand's guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the Victoria's Secret Manager owns: visual execution, product storytelling, category performance insights, sales floor standards, talent lifecycle, direct reports, and leadership in higher volume environments.
