• Open and close the store as required; ensure secure cash handling and policy adherence.
• Evaluate sales, shrink, and profitability trends; identify opportunities to improve results.
• Review ordering plans, stock levels, and replenishment; monitor inventory accuracy.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, signing, and fixture usage to maintain presentation standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, prevent damages, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
