Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• 2+ years in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first mindset with leadership and coaching ability.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Ability to attract, develop and retain top talent.
• Able to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain store leadership team.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability for all associates.
• Own leadership tasks addressing customer, vendor, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with SLT to implement action plans and drive results.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase product story.
• Manage opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipments.
• Plan day/shift direction and provide feedback to teams.
• Meet payroll targets with adequate sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store selling with product knowledge and customer connections.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Uphold safety standards and store policies.
